Subaru Loves to Help is the Love Promise Pillar that helps support community members' most basic needs. Food, shelter, warmth, and all the basic necessities that most of us take for granted become a crisis for people struggling with homelessness, age-related disabilities, domestic abuse, or poverty. Clay Subaru is proud to make an impact by helping local and national non-profit organizations working hard to care for the most vulnerable people in our communities.

Clay Subaru's Community Impact Around Boston

As part of the Subaru Loves to Help Love Promise Pillar, Clay Subaru is a proud partner with Brookview House Transitional Housing Program. Located in Dorchester, MA, Brookview House works tirelessly to support homeless women and youth in our area. They were founded in 1990 by Black and Latinx women to help low-income mothers and their children break the cycle of domestic abuse and poverty. They provide immediate relief for survivors of domestic abuse and homelessness and work on long-term goals of justice, equity, and systemic change to address the root causes.

 

Clay Subaru supports Brookview House by contributing funds from our Subaru Loves to Help initiative and volunteering whenever we can. Most recently, we donated fleece-lined, weather-resistant blankets to help make stays at transitional housing just a little more comfortable. We hope to make as big an impact as possible to support this worthy organization.

National Subaru Loves to Help Initiatives at Clay Subaru

Although we have adopted Brookview House as our local organization, we are also part of the nationwide group of dealerships that helps contribute toward national organizations. We are expecially proud of our partnerships with national causes that do important work addressing hunger and homelessness and providing emergency assistance during times of crisis and natural disasters. We are proud to support the work of national non-profit organizations that help real people every day:

 
  • Feeding America: Working to end hunger in the United States.
  • Meals on Wheels: Providing fresh food and meals to the most vulnerable members in our community.
  • American Red Cross: Going where help is needed during natural disasters or other emergencies to provide basic necessities.
