Subaru Loves to Help
The Clay Subaru family proudly partnered with Operation Warm and Self-Help, Inc. Head Start during the Subaru Loves to Help initiative. Together, we responded to an urgent call for winter essentials, donating nearly 500 coats at a special on-site gifting event to ensure children and families in our community stay warm.Â
It was more than just a gifting event-it was a celebration! Teachers, students, and Clay Subaru staff came together for a memorable day featuring a dance party, led by our spirited Love Promise Coordinator, Sarah LiDonni. Service Manager Tommy Clay added a personal touch, offering custom coat fittings to make each child feel valued and comfortable. Rounding out the fun, Subaru of New England DSM, Kate Mason, created custom temporary tattoos, bringing big smiles and a sense of excitement to all who attended. Subaru Loves the Earth
At Subaru, we believe what we leave behind is a reflection of who we are. That's why for over two decades, Subaru has been committed to leaving a legacy of protecting and conserving the earth for future generations. Along with our retailers across the country, Subaru works to reduce waste, conserve resources, and preserve natural spaces - taking real, meaningful steps to achieve these goals.
As part of the Subaru Loves the Earth initiative, Clay Subaru proudly partnered with the Norwood Recreation Department to bring a pollinator garden to our local community. With the help of our team, we dug and prepared a dedicated garden bed, creating a space that supports pollinators and enriches the environment. This garden not only adds natural beauty but also plays a vital role in promoting biodiversity within our community-a commitment we're excited to grow and nurture together.
Subaru Loves to Care
Here at Clay Subaru, we're honored to be part of a family that does so much to care for communities across the nation. Through Subaru Loves to Care, during the month of June, our team here at Clay Subaru is proud to be a part of the Subaru Loves to Care initiative, and we're eager to help make our community stronger and healthier through our Subaru Loves to Care partnerships.
Through the Subaru Loves to Care initiative, Clay Subaru is proud to partner with the Beth Israle Deaconess Hospital in Needham and the Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Center in Foxborough, MA, to support those fighting leukemia. We've handwritten heartfelt letters and donated cozy blankets to help keep patients warm during their treatments. Our letters are meant to uplift their spirits and remind them of their incredible strength and resilience, which continually inspires us all. In addition, we provide gift cards to support these courageous individuals and their families during their challenging journey.
Subaru Loves Learning
Subaru retailers help local schools and students in need through our partnership with AdoptAClassroom.org (AAC) and help expand our collective impact on education.Â
As part of the Subaru Loves Learning and Adopt-A-Classroom initiative, Clay Subaru is committed to supporting local schools by providing essential classroom supplies to those in need. Recently, we partnered with Callahan Elementary School in Norwood to make a meaningful impact. During our visit, we personally delivered supplies and shared a fun pizza party with the students and teachers, bringing extra smiles to their day!
Moments like these highlight the joy and positive impact a little support can bring to our community. By partnering with local schools, we're proud to invest in the next generation and help ensure that students have the resources they need to learn, grow, and succeed.
Subaru Loves Pets
According to ASPCA, each year approximately 6.3 million companion animals enter shelters. At Subaru, we believe all pets deserve to find loving homes.
Through our Love Promise and Subaru Pets initiative, Subaru retailers partner with a local animal organization in their community and host adoption events across the country to help local shelter pets find loving homes. New for 2024, retailer support will provide funding directly to their shelter partners through a grant administered by the ASPCA.
As part of the Subaru Loves Pets initiative, Clay Subaru has proudly partnered with Shultz's Guest House in Dedham, MA, for nearly five years. Together, we're dedicated to finding loving homes for animals in need. Hosting on-site adoption events at our dealership and featuring our "Pet of the Week" online, we help spotlight pets searching for their forever families.
Supporting Shultz's mission to rescue animals from high-risk shelters-especially in the South-aligns perfectly with our values, ensuring every pet has a second chance at life. Our partnership has also become personal, as many Clay Subaru employees and customers have adopted dogs from Shultz, reinforcing our shared commitment to making a "pawsitive" difference. Through Subaru Loves Pets, we are devoted to ensuring no animal is left behind in our community.
Subaru Share the Love
Since 2013, Clay Subaru has happily donated over $543,206 to both national and hometown charities! The national charities include ASPCA, Make-A-Wish, Meals On Wheels and the National Park Foundation.
When Subaru introduced the opportunity for its retailers to choose a local charity that both the employees and customers care about, Clay Subaru chose Fisher House Of Boston. We have been partnered with them for the Share the Love Event ever since.
At Clay Subaru, supporting veterans and their families through our partnership with Fisher House Boston is a cause we hold close to our hearts. As part of the Subaru Share the Love event, we're dedicated to giving back by donating funds and hosting fundraising events, both at our dealership and within the community, to contribute to Fisher House's essential mission.
Fisher House Boston offers a place of comfort, community, and support for veterans and their loved ones who have sacrificed so much for our country. By working together, we help make a difference in the lives of these families, and we are inspired every day to continue giving back with all our hearts.
Our Commitment to the Love Promise

We actively participate in local events like the Trunk or Treat hosted by the Norwood Recreation Department, where we bring festive fun to families in our community.
