The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has implemented new guidelines for COVID-19, beginning on November 6th, 2020: All customers and employees must wear a face mask or covering in all indoor and outdoor public spaces, even if they are able to maintain six feet of distance from other people. We ask that you please follow the COVID-19 guidelines and wear a mask when visiting us at Clay Subaru.

Here at Clay Subaru we continue to update our operations in our sales and service departments every single day, with customer and employee safety as our #1 priority. We understand purchasing a new Subaru or servicing your current one may seem difficult right now, but we are doing everything we can to make your experience as safe, as comfortable, and as convenient as possible. And as you'll read below, we're doing quite a bit! However, we won't stop there. If there is anything else we can do to make your experience with Clay Subaru more accommodating, or if you have any questions on what you read below, please give our General Manager a call directly. Here's what we are doing to stay safe

For sales, you are now able to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle without leaving your home! We'll even come to your house with gloves and a mask on as we deliver your new Subaru to you, right in your driveway. Using our brand new Buy From Home With Clay Subaru tool, you can structure your own monthly payments, value your trade, and even apply for credit right on our website, without entering the dealership or picking up the phone. We are delivering vehicles everyday so you don't have to come in. We'll come to you and it will be completely contactless.

In service, same day and next day appointments are available, and you don't even have to leave your home. We will come pick up your Subaru from your driveway, leave you with a complimentary, sanitized loaner vehicle, and return your Subaru once your service is complete. We will wipe down every single surface in your Subaru we touch upon return-door handles, window switches, gear shifter, blinkers, windshield wipers, head unit, rear view mirror - if we touch it, it will be wiped down and disinfected upon return. We have even tripled our amount of loaner cars here at the dealership to help with these pick up and deliveries.


We are still taking walk-in appointments in both service and sales, but we are encouraging people to schedule an appointment prior to entering in order to prevent capacity limitations and crowding. If you are visiting or waiting for your car here at Clay Subaru we want you to feel as safe as possible. We are still continuing to wipe down and sanitize our workplace areas and common spaces constantly throughout the day. As for our waiting areas, we are always looking for new ways to improve our operations. Our most recent update-in all of our waiting areas here at Clay Subaru we have implemented a system to ensure all spaces are sanitized and 6ft apart from other customers. We have double sided cards on each seat and table. If the card is green the space is sanitized and safe to sit. If the card is red please wait for the space to be sanitized and spaced out. We have also created an outdoor waiting area space with tables and umbrellas if you prefer to sit outside. This space is also sanitized. We wipe down and sanitize all surfaces here at Clay Subaru so you are safe and so are we!
